费迪南多•门加，现为意大利坎帕尼亚大学法学院法哲学专业副教授，德国图宾根大学伦理研究所兼职研究员，2011年至2017年期间任教于德国图宾根大学伦理研究所。拥有实践哲学和法哲学两个博士学位，导师分别是德国当代著名现象学家伯恩哈德•瓦登费尔斯（Bernhard Waldenfels）和国际勒维那斯研究专家法比奥•西拉梅利（Fabio Ciaramelli）。主要研究领域为：现象学、法哲学、伦理学、政治哲学。已发表专著6部，论文60余篇。
2011年在意大利卡塔尼亚大学（University of Catania）取得法哲学与政治学博士学位
2009年在德国波鸿大学（Ruhr-Universität Bochum）取得实践哲学博士学位
2001年在意大利那不勒斯二大（University of Naples II）取得哲学硕士学位
备注：Menga将于2018年10月29日-11月8日期间，在中国政法大学昌平校区开设“法律现象学”短期国际课程（32课时）
