On 26th of September, 2019, the Faculty of Humanities of CUPLandthe FISPPA College of the University of Padua, Italy, signed an agreement to implement academic cooperation between researchers and students from these two institutes, through the funding of joint research projects.
Professor Vincenzo Milanesi, Dean ofFISPPA College, Professor Antonio Da Re, Dean of Philosophy, Professor Andrea Altobrando (Visiting Professorof theDepartment of Philosophy, CUPL), Ms. XiyueCai, Manager of the Office of the University of Padua in China, Ms. Wei Zhu, Visiting Scholar of the FISPPA College, Professor Lan Xu, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Professor Xueming Yu, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Professor Haojun Zhang, Head of Department of Philosophy, Associate Professor Yuzhen Cui and Ms. Liangwei Zhao, Secretary of the Faculty, attended the signing ceremony.
The agreement includes two exchange programs, one for students and the other for academic researchers. Starting from the spring semester of 2020,two students fromthe Faculty of Humanities will have the opportunity to study at the University of Padua for 1-2 semesters. Their tuition fees will be waived. Up to 3 academic researchers will visit the University of Padua for short-time academic exchange.
